This week was tough but I did it. The combinations are quick and intense. The best part is that its over before you know it!
Overall, Ripped in 30 is good. I loss inches and gained muscle especially in my thighs.
I plan on cutting back on my strength (I was Ripped in 30 and other strength exercises) to 2 times weekly and adding more Cardio.
I did meet some of my Februar :
Reached 50 mileage
Completed Ripped in 30
Met 188 (at the end of Feb. 187, +2 today)
Did eat more cleaner than January
