Weight Adjustment

Saturday, March 03, 2012

Today I did something that I thought I would have never done, I adjusted my weight ticker. I have gained about three pounds and I felt I owed it to myself to be honest so I'm back to being in the 80's and making every effort to get going again.
Have a great weekend everybody.

Good for you. We can't fool anybody but ourselves, and we don't want to do that. Let's move ahead! On we go! emoticon

Thank you so much for your comment on my blog...I love when you stop by! It's important to be honest--I did the same thing a few days ago to regroup and tackle the issue with a fresh mindset. Having the courage to face any gain head-on is important because it means you're still committed to trying to change things--I know you'll conquer these few pounds and blow past them! I hope you're having a wonderful weekend.

It's good to be honest with yourself. See it for what it is...get determined...take it in stride...and move on. I've repeated some weights during my journey. It's not anything I like...I'd rather just take a straight shot to goal. But this is a long journey...and sometimes we slip. But getting back up and getting back on track asap is the key and way to overcome that. Congrats to you...for getting up...and getting back at it! You can do it! Wishing you a super March! Keep up the good work! Spring is on the way! Thanks for your encouragement! Spark on! emoticon

For for more motivation have you considered joining the 5% Challenge? I just signed up for it and hope to be an Underdog. I'm also joining WW next week. If anyone can do it you can. Wishing you much success and know you will lose the 3#s very quickly.

Love,

Jill

I know you have the strength and spirit to get it going in the right direction again. Don't let this minor setback get you down! Stay focused on all the great successes you've had and look for small ways to make improvements in what you're doing now. emoticon

It is difficult to go in the wrong direction. Mine has been see sawing for almost a year now. Yet it keeps us humble when we have to adjust it. I am sure that what goes up must come down!
