A little over a year ago I wrote that I had cleaned up my List of Favorites and removed all things unhealthy. Either I didn't do a good job, or I went back to old habits and started putting things back on it because I ate it. DUH DUH DUH - just because I messed up, I didn't have to make it a favorite. Today I removed 80 items and still probably have a lot more to remove. Unless I missed it, I wish there was a better way to remove those items than individually, which is what I did.
I'm trying the "Wheat Belly Diet" so that was part of the overhaul. Anything with wheat I removed. Not only from my favorites, but they have been removed (almost all) from cupboards as well. They're no longer on my items to eat. I actually ate pizza with my team at work the other day, but my pizza was the toppings only from the veggie pizza.
I haven't tracked in a while, so that's what got me started on this cleanup. Too many items to search through. Now that I'm back to exercising (up to swimming a 1/2 mile, walking again and more exercises with the stability ball), eating what I feel is now right, etc. the pounds are still not going anywhere. So, I'm back to data analysis. I am definitely going wrong somewhere.
