Supper Time

I feel I do really well eating healthy all day long and then comes supper time. I work till 7pm, so we eat supper late, and it is usually something quick and easy, and cheap. There isn't many healthy options that I have found that fit into all those. So, I have been trying to eat what we have, but watch the portion size.

    Needing something 'quick and easy' is the bane of all those who are trying to lose weight. I was talking to my brother awhile back about his weight and he said his lifestyle was just busy (he and his wife both work) and there was no time to eat right. I think it can still be done, it just takes more planning. Like, perhaps, you could fix some healthy meals on the weekend that keep well in the fridge or freezer. Or some crockpot meals that will be ready for you when you get home. Or a salad made in advance. Keep trying. Eating out makes it really hard to count your calories and reach your goals.
