Ok, so even though i was in severe pain yesterday, I did another work out. I didnt do one so intence as the night b4, but there were 2 things that made me do it. 1) If i dont keep moving those muscles, they will just hurt again the next time i do it. 2) I'm on such a good streak, I dont want to ruin that. So i did sum ab work, a light cardio and sum yoga. Today I'm still so sore, it hurts to walk, so I'm opting out of a "formal" workout. Today we took the kids on a field trip and we walked. I pulled 2 kids in a wagon (with a semi-broken front tire that seems to like to stay sideways) on a snow covered sidewalk for about 45 minutes (both ways). By the time we got back I was so tired, so sweaty, and my shoulders ached! So, I am counting that as my work out for today. No, I'm not making excuses, but I honestly dont feel that it would b a good idea to do a real one being as sore as I am.
So, the scale was good to me again this morning. I lost another pound. Since its the first of the month I also measured. Not really much a change there. But its only been a month and I've only lost 4.6 lbs so i dont think the measurments will change much with that. Hopefully next month I'll see more of a difference. I'm not going to meet my first goal wen i wanted to. I still have 7 lbs to go but only 7 days to do it. But thats ok. I am going in the right direction, I am loosing, it will just take me a lil longer then i wanted. Now that im working out, i'll have that working for me too instead of just eating and drinking water.
