I went to my first Zumba class today!!!!!

I went to my first Zumba class today and I loved it!!! I was soo nervous because I haven't been in any time of dance class is years!! I just knew I would make a fool of myself. I jumped right in and had a blast!!! I can not wait to go back to my next class!!

BTW, I moved muscles I haven't moved in ages. I am so afraid to go to sleep and wake up!! emoticon emoticon

  Zumba is SO much fun! I feel like I look crazy when I do it but I love the felling after where my shirt is twice the size because of sweat (ew, I know, but come on, good workout status!!) Embrace the burn! Waking up and not being able to move makes me feel so accomplished!
