I hate the weekends! Most people would tend to disagree with me though. My job is always ten times busier on Friday and Saturday, so that doesn't leave me much time to workout. Although maybe i'm just using my job as an excuse? If i'm going to stick with my goals and succeed I need to stop saying I CAN'T do something and just DO it! The only person i'm hurting is myself.
Also, it's been 4 days without soda/energy drinks. The headaches are finally starting to kick in. Thank god for ibuprofen!!
