I saw a few others making lists of how February went for them. My body works so slowly that I'll sum up the year so far to make it seem more impressive.
So Since January 1st.....
Pounds lost: 3
Inches lost from waist: 1
Major illnesses diagnosed: 1
Fitness minutes this year: 801
Pants sizes gone down: 0
Clothes shopping adventure that didn't end in tears: 1 (to be fair I only went clothes shopping once, so this is pretty great!)
I'd say so far this year is going extraordinarily well. If I keep going at this rate, I will eventually be a healthy girl once again.
From what I've read, my surgery at the end of this month will knock me on my butt for at least a week, so this month I'm going to focus on exercising as much as humanly possible to offset that, along with planning out meals so that I don't spend a week in bed eating chinese take out and pizza every day. I will be smart about this, and try not to include "whine on facebook until your friends bring you food" as part of this plan. I make zero promises about whining on Spark People. ;D
