March, the month that comes in like a lion and goes out like a lamb. I can't believe we are already through 2 months of the year. It's time to re-set my goals, to figure out how to focus and to get down to business. No more playing around, it's time to JUST DO IT!
Here's the plan -
Focus on the goals I set for myself.
Eat 2 fruits and 4 veggies 5/7 days per week.
Walk 10,000 steps daily. (I wear a pedometer and am pretty good about this one)
Drink a minimum 64 oz of water every day
Smile at least 5 times per day
Laugh out loud at least once a day
Learn something new evey day (and acknowledge what I have learned)
Spend at least 5 minutes per day doing something fun
There are so many things happening this year, the biggest one of all is turning 29 for the 21st time. I will be at my goal weight for that birthday, and will be healthy and at my best going into the new decade of my life.
