Wednesday: DH has been really busy at work so I've been trying to make sure he has a good dinner when he gets home (that's usually before I get home). Tuesday I cooked a pork roast in the crockpot. Wednesday I took most of the meat out and put it in the freezer for later. Then I cooked some dried beans in the au jus. While the beans were quick soaking, I did Pilates.
We've been slammed at work (we always are during tax season). I also had a funeral visitation to go to. I was trying to figure out a way to get in an evening workout. Fortunately there was a break in the thunderstorms late in the day. I changed into my running clothes at the office and went for a short run (4 miles). Then I came back to the office, cleaned myself up, changed back into my work clothes and went to the funeral home (a dear lady from our church passed away).
Thursday: This morning I had some Kashi 7 Grain Pilaf cooking on the stove while I did Pilates. I had to sneak a little for breakfast...I LOVE that stuff. Another busy day at the office. I was plowing thru the piles of stuff on my desk when the FedEx truck showed. I've been impatiently waiting for a pair of shoes 2 of my Spark buddies talked me in to ordering. Okay...they really didn't have to twist my arm.
I love them! They are actually comfortable for such a high heel. I got a great deal on them too!
After work it was off to Boot Camp. Monday night he did all legs, so tonight was all upper body. I doubt I'll be able to move my arms tomorrow.
Some of the crew from The Vampire Diaries came by during our class because they may want to film in the gym that we use.
DH had 'rice' (really the Kashi Pilaf) and beans for supper tonight. I don't know what I'll come up with for Friday night dinner.
