I have a pulled hamstring. I have been doing light exercises and a program by Peggy Brill, a physical therapist to heal my leg. Today, I wore my running shoes for the first time in a few days. Pain!
I have plantar fasciitis and have to wear stability running shoes. Since most of the stores around me do not carry specialty shoes, I usually have to order my shoes online. I ordered some New Balance running shoes that are specifically for Stability. By reading the description they should be great. Unfortunately, after 6 weeks of wearing them, all I feel is pain. I feel pain in my leg and on the ball of my foot. I do not think the shoe is very well cushioned.
I am going to give these shoes away to charity, because they definitely do not work for me.
