After reading a blog by BIKERBABYZ I have been motivated to make my own MMMmmm plan :) I think it is the very thing that I need myself! I have let all of my hard work and weight loss slip away and I am going to take it back!!
Here is my MMMmmm plan...
To do some good old fashion hard work and lose 50 pounds in 90 days.
I want to get back to ONEderland and straight into the 170's again. I was almost there a year ago but after 5 surgeries this year I have put most of it back on. The surgeries are over and my work life is going to provide me with more time for myself again, and I am going to take care of me!! Even if this goal is hard and may be unreachable, at least I will be better off than I am now!
92 days of butt kickin'!
My MMMmmm challenge starts today March 1st and will run until May 31st.
Hows am I:
1200-1300 calories a day MAXIMUM!!
30 minutes of cardio a day at least!
1 ST workout a day
Milestones that will be met along the way:
#1: Lose 15 pounds!
#2: Back in ONEderland
#3: Lose 30 pounds!
#4: Lose 50 pounds!
Summer is quickly approaching and all of those gorgeous summer dresses, and I am going to be wearing them!! I am going to have a smoking' hot, sexy summer and I am going to get it done! I know I have the strength in me to reach my goals, all I need is a push to get me started and a swift kick in the butt to keep it going.
