March 1 2012 Goals

Ok I've been on and off sparkpeople now for nearly 4 years. I've finally come to the realization that I need to stay here and get the motivation & support to stay on track. I've been trying to lose 25lbs since I started back in April 2008. The good news is I haven't gained any addition weight.
Today I'm starting over.
My goals for March are:
* lose 8 lbs
* complete a 5k
* Eat more Fruits and Vegetables & less meat
* Work out 5 days a week
minimum of 3 days of cardio and 2 days strength training.
* track my meals & exercise here every day.
* post a blog at least onece a week.
* I joined a challegne in one of my spark teams.
I know I can do this I just have to stick with it.
