Still sick.

I'm still feeling pretty congested and exercising isn't something I want to do even if I felt up to it. I was really hoping that I'd feel better this morning. Hopefully sooner rather than later I'm tired of being sick.

    Don't push yourself to exercise when you are ill - your body needs all its strength to get well again!

    Hoping you recover soon - I've just got over the flu (well still recovering actually), so I know how rotten being ill makes you feel.
