Back to the basics

For the month of March I have decided to go back to the basics. I think sometimes I overwhelm myself with setting too many goals, and then I get myself all stressed out. So my goals for March are:

1) Get in at least 30+ minutes of physical activity every day.

2) Eat 5+ servings of fruits / vegetables every day.

3) Drink 8+ cups of water every day.

4) Burn more calories than I consume at least 6 days a week.

These are all goals that I know I can reach, and it still gives me one day a week that I can splurge a little with my calories.
