Commit to Joining the Gym today and am going to have a race this month...with Myself...to see if I Can Beat the calendar...instead of days showing blank .. I am going to have days of healthy activity recordings. I am taking you on...and I am determined to mark you up with happenings. So are you ready for me?
You are always hanging there waiting day by day...31 this time to be exact...so make room for me cuz I am gonna run all over you! You will be anxious for me to tear you off and set you aside and give you a break til next year!

Something is better than nothing!
Awareness will be the focus for the month...thinking of why it is important! With daily constant brainstorming about how you can make this happen.
That will be followed up by Action...every step brings you closer to a Habit!
The pen will be waiting at day's end to help with the recording. Sometimes
seeing is believing!
Each day is holding me accountable...be creative... as it will renew the mind and body. Have Fun with It! And take in all the aides available to you as you know you have much that can act as a support and tool.
Focus on the Positive...it will help you to Accomplish much!

Well, finally! After 2 months of chest pressure, shortness of breath, weakness climbing steps and fatigue...they've diagnosed not a heart attack or one waiting to happen...but a hiatal hernia whose symptoms can act like it! What a Relief! Was holding back in fear & worry...so now to Move On!
