Weigh and Measure Day

Of course, if only all the numbers were lower than what they are.....
BUT the numbers on the scale and the tape measure are slowly going down. Now if the numbers on my fitness tracker will go up..... :o)
So on to a good March -- another 31 days to get healthier!
Sun is shining, DST starts in another week, temperatures should be improving.... and God is on HIS throne...
What could be better?

    I measured myself today too, lost a half inch on neck, hips and thigh, small but hey, progress is progress, slow and steady, I don't mind seeing that hare up ahead, my turtle is going to get there and not come back!!

    Step by step and with God help we will loose the weight and become the healthy person we are to be . YOU are doing great and with DLS we have a little long to get moving . SLOW may give you less toning to do later. Have a successful month .

    I'd forgotten that DST starts again soon! I don't like the changes, but better to be light later in the evenings. Yes, spring is right around the corner, especially for those in the more southern states. Happy March, Lois! I'm sure you can continue to make progress.
