Poached Salmon with Citrus Salad review

I tried another new recipe last night.

I have never been a fan of salmon but this was tolerable. I did only eat about half of my 4oz serving. I halved the recipe since I only was cooking for 2 and DH bought the wrong kind of spinach, raw but whole spinach instead of baby spinach. DH said I could make it again but he would prefer the spinach, even if it is baby, wilted with the dish instead of raw. The fish did come out nice and flaky. Since DH doesn't eat oranges all that often it was a nice treat for him. (He is lazy and won't peel them himself for some odd reason) I think I added too much oil for half the recipe to the dressing but it was still okay. I would say make sure that the oranges you are using for the juice part are well... juicy emoticon

    Actually I like sashimi too and some sushi rolls with salmon as long as it is not a huge chunk. If the raw chunk is too big I can't deal with it. I'm weird :)

    That sounds DELICIOUS!! I love raw salmon, I don't like it I want some sashimi!
