Well February started good and than somehow i fell off and lost faith in myself to get this weight off.
So have decided to get a personal eating plan for 4 weeks to help me on the right track and it has been an eye opener of how stress, emotional eating etc all works the mind and body, how belly fat can lead to diabetes, heart diseases etc.
will really work hard this month to drop 5 pounds
