Day 3

Well, today is day three. Changed up the exercise to water walking. Definitely feel better and it wasn't so hard on my knees. I was able to do some exercises for my lower body that are basically impossible on dry land. Will be checking out how to do the exercises in the water (even though I have done water aerobics many times I still forget) and incorporate them into my daily exercise. I won't be able to exercise tomorrow but will watch what I eat and drink very carefully. No sodas today, only water. I am happy about that. One day at a time...

  Hey There!! I just started on the 15th ;0 I have on shot knee so I have to figure out some exercises. I don't have access to a pool. I have an exercise bike-that's out for now cause of my knee-so I'll have to move onto my exercise ball ;p I'm 52 and looking to lose 70! That really seems out-there when I look at it. Hmmm! emoticon
