VISA PAID AND BEEF BURGUNDY

Today after several months I finally got my Visa paid off. I cannot say how much better that is. I do not mind having a small credit card bill BUT I simply cannot have it lingering for months and months. Some people take years. Anyways its down for now. Tomorrow I need to get some stuff to work on the truck as I suspect the Fuel Filter is giving me problems. So that has all got to be done and ordered tomorrow when the month changes over. If I can keep the bill at least under $500 or even $300 that would help alot. It goes out a lot faster than it comes in.

Think I will make the beef burgundy tonight to celebrate. For that I will need a small little bottle of burgundy wine, egg noodles, can of carrots, Worcestershire sauce, a packet of gravy and maybe some diced onion in there. For the beef It will be a hamburger base BUT one can also use like a stew meat too if they wanted to. I always put the cooked up noodles in there when the main meal part is done so they do not disentigrate. bon Appetit!
