Well i had a lab draw with my doctor yesterday. My cholesterol is sooo much better. Here are my results from Last year:

April 2011

TC-213
Triglycerides: 175
LDL- 141
HDL- 37

and yesterdays results....

2/28/2012

TC: 146... DOWN- 67 points!!
Triglycerides: 101.... DOWN- 74 points!!
LDL: 86... DOWN- 55 points
HDL: 40... UP- 2 points.


Im pretty excited everything is with in range, and and not even close to being high. Just had to share :)
