I'm hoping that finally I can make a good start on my weight loss. I've been making excuses for too long and I am determined to stick to a healthy eating plan! I've lost weight before, so I know I can do it - but have never managed to keep it off. I feel frustrated and demoralized when I gain it back, so I guess that is my challenge; to maintain the healthy eating habits and keep the weight OFF!
