Is the time now?

Well I haven't blogged since October. I have decided that things aren't going to change if I don't change. I keep putting off anything that will help me with my goals and obviously I am not losing any weight or feeling healthier about myself. SO starting TODAY I am going to make some changes. How you ask? First things first. I am going to run to the grocery store on my lunch and pick up veggies and LOTS of them. Second I am going to walk on my breaks. I NEED to get exercise in. After work I am going to do at least 10 minutes of exercise. Who knows it might turn into 30 minutes. I want my motivation back and it isn't just going to find me, I need to find it.
So here is to a new start for a new me!
