I am adapting well to the vegan way of eating and loving it! My food cravings and compulsive overeating has gone. Because of my compulsive overeating history, however, I tend to overeat even on healthy food. I'm reading the Eat To Live book and really want to follow the 6 week plan.
Today I will plan out my meals and follow the ETL guidelines and do my best.
