I bought the p90X about 2 weeks ago and I'm starting over tomorrow. Last saturday, the one after valentines, I started Day One, made it through the first two workouts, Day one was ok made it through 60%, Day 2 was hard made it through about 40%, I was kinda discouraged after day two, way pretty sore even though I only did 60% and 40% (of what they did, I did 95% of my own hard work). So I took a day off, it was my day off from work also. But the next day I did my workout. Had to skip the next day, wed. Thur I started yoga then realized it would be quite a bit past my bedtime if I did the entire thing, so I stopped and went to bed. I planned to finish the next day but got sick. And now here I am, finding it hard to start again. I know that my 90 days don't start until I start, and results are guaranteed, if you just do it.
Tomorrow I start a second job so I probably won't be able to work out every day. Or at least not a full video. I was thinking that I would do partial videos on busy days. So I would workout most days, but it may take two days to do one workout. Could I do two workouts in one day to stay on track? Like on my day off do a morning and then evening??
I was thinking I would forget the 90 days, thats long term. And think about like two weeks or 30 days. Just do it for x days. Thats when results are seen pretty well, the starting of results. Enough to motivate me for the rest of the 76/60 days. If that change isn't enough to keep me motivated for 60/76 days then my next goal would be for size 8 or 127#s both new, but only one pound/size new.
I need more mirrors.
And I bought heavier weights!!
