It's been a while since I've been here but going to start using this site again maybe even the food log but not sure since I can't sync my fitbit to it so would have to use both sites or just the fitbit site.

Watching Biggest Loser and it's heartrenching cause Chism needs to be there but yet he didn't lose the weight he was supposed to while at home. Dolvett and Bob believe that he can do it at home and his dad does too.
