So switching to a plant based whole foods diet (vegan) gave me a big kick-start into losing some weight I'd gained after hospitalization and really poor eating choices. The weight loss has stalled and I am now evaluating why.
I am sure I'm eating a couple hundred calories above being able to lose weight. I've fallen off the tracking wagon which has hurt matters. But I've been eating for 45 years so I know I am taking in a little too much fat and snacks. I also have not been exercising regularly. I do some exercise one day but not the next. I need to set some goals and get to it. I have to track my intake and my exercise.
I am going to take a little bit of time right now and make a plan - we'll call it The Get Back Up plan. I'll post it here to reinforce my commitment. Okay then - ready..... get set.....
