Day 2

Well, today is day 2. Watched what I ate today and walked on the treadmill for 20 minutes. Plan on doing the 20 minutes this entire week. Feeling pretty sore and definitely need to make sure I eat a snack before I work out as I was feeling lightheaded once we got home. It definitely helps to have my husband doing this with me and being so supportive. One day at a time....
