It's just mean.
First.... I started the day with the scale finally moving. I hit the 20# mark! Yay! It was a good way to start the day. 20 pounds gone. I've worked my arse off for it!!!
Later, at the gym, I did my 30 minutes on the elliptical, and then hit some machines for strength training. Unfortunately, the women's gym is mostly walled in mirror. Ugh.
As I'm sitting, pushing weights, and thinking about form, I realize that I look REALLY FAT sitting down like that. So much feeling pretty good about myself.
Anyway.... finished the workout. Finished my work day. Ate some healthy tacos. Now ready for bed... at 5:50 pm. Yep. That was my day.
