Day 2 of my new commitment to SparkPeople - To Health & to getting Much more Fit!
My ramblings today will be on Juicing and questions? Does anyone Juice much, do you have recipes, Have you Ever watched the movie - Fat, Sick, & Nearly Dead a documentary of a man who was all of the above and with his doctors approval and supervision he did a Juicing fasting diet. He is now off all of the Meds he was on, He inspired another fellow who was 429 pounds with the same autoimmune disease to do the Juice and this guy is now amazing - 200 lbs and No Meds.
I get awful Migraines and there was a woman inspired to try a 10 day fast of juice and she juices with her meals now and she is migraine free.
I have thought of juicing - the fruits sounds good, and the Veggies sound healthy. It is much easier to drink the veggies and get Lots of them due to the compression in juicing - You have to eat a LOT of veggies to get that cup full of juice~
Anyone have experience with juicing, suggestions and thoughts to share, recipes?
