I did my weigh in yestersay & I gained 2 pounds. I was so discouraged & needed support & only 1 person gave it to me (not counting my husband). My husband & I had a talk & we are getting on track together. I went for a 2 mile walk yesterday morning & went for a walk with my husband yesterday evening. We walked around 5-6 miles. I'm going to walk to work today, Thursday, & Saturday. I might be walking home tonight but not sure yet. I work a mid shift Friday so I'll be walking home then too. I'm going to try to get some kind of exercise in everyday. I think I did good yestersay & I just need to keep pushing myself & keep remembering what & why I'm doing this. Well I have to go get ready for work. I'll blog next week if I don't do it before then.
