I woke up this morning with an annoying little cough. Something tells me that within a week it'll be a full-blown obnoxious cough that I'll end up at the doctors office for. I've got to be faithful taking my Zinc from now on. Hopefully that'll help it. Should probably go and get Vitamin C pills too. There is simply too much going on for me to get sick.
I do think that I'm going out for a walk during lunch. It's not sunny like it was yesterday and it's pretty chilly but I gotta get some exercise in today. I've been doing some of Coach Nicole's strength training exercises today. I've used the stability ball for lunges, push ups, and arm exercises. I still don't like how the tracker automatically adds 5 fitness minutes for each exercise. It doesn't take 5 minutes for 10 reps. I've been taking mini breaks throughout the morning to do additional reps. I figure 5 - 7 sets will equal the 5 minutes.
Tomorrow is my weigh-in day. I'm a little nervous. I just have to keep reminding myself that as long as I'm down at least a 1/2 lb then I've met my goal. I'm trying to be good today. There is still a lot of leftover birthday goodies in my apartment. If I can just stay out of them today, I'll be ok. I could have a small piece, but I'd rather not have the extra calories today.
