Ok...in reviewing my past blogs, I am really seeing how my inconsistency and poor eating habits have recently contributed to my weight gain and in ability to fit into my clothes. I would like to lose 30 lbs by June 10, 2012 by daily exercise, healthy eating, and monitoring of caloric intake.
I weighed in at 170 lbs on 2/27. My goals and rewards are as follows:
3/4 168 lbs - new shoes - Goal met!
3/18 164 lbs - new work out clothes - Goal met!
4/1 160 lbs - new tennis shoes
4/15 156 lbs - mani/pedi
4/29 152 lbs - bath and body works products
5/13 148 lbs - new bike
5/27 144 lbs - Victoria Secret bra/panty set
6/10 140 lbs - new hair style
6/24 136 lbs - new clothes!!
*Updated to reflect accurate weights. Apparently the scale I had been using was off by 5 lbs! (I was 5 lbs heavier than what I thought :-( ) I purchased a new scale and am on track!
