Starting on 2/26, I have committed to the 28 day bootcamp as a way to jumpstart my fitness regime and to create a habit of exercise! Today is Day 3. On Day 1, I did the 10 minute cardio video. On Day 2, I did the 11 min lower body strength video and 20 mins of Zumba. Today, I have done the 7 min upper body strength video. This evening I will do 20-30 mins of cardio.
Its time to put my gym membership to good use!!
