Now that I have scheduled Bootcamp as a priority before breakfast I am eager to get'er done. I had been exercising but not as consistently as I need to and Bootcamp is just the thing to give me a schedule and a focus. One of the hindrances to always getting in exercise was thinking I would wait to see if the weather would work with me to get in a walk and when it was too cold or too windy I wouldn't exercise that day. Now I get in at least 35 minutes of cardio along with the day's Bootcamp video workout and if I can get in a walk later then so much the better but that took away my excuse to miss cardio.

What excuses have you overcome or what excuses are you struggling with?

    Good question!!! Weather and how I feel physically and emotionally are my excuses. No using the excuse about the weather this week! LOL Lovin' this mild IN winter! Outdoor walking is sooooo much better for me than a walking dvd! I NEED the fresh air, sunshine, birds, blue sky, and nature like I need food and water!

    My biggest problem usually is having to constantly chamge clothes . . . haven't really found a solution for it!

    overcoming excuses is HUGE! that is something that i have been working on personally and as a coach to my walking groups. the only reason allowed for not showing up is if you have a body part in a cast.

    You go girl! You have such stamina that I'm jealous! lol
I'm feeling better today but not enough to get back into my regular routine of exercise! :( I will go for my walk thought with the dog. It's better than nothing!

    An occasional problem for me is having lost my morning mojo and instead of hopping on the treadmill before going to work counting on getting to the fitness center afterwards. This USUALLY works...however once in a while my day runs away with itself and I can't get to the fitness center later and don't get home till 9 pm or later...and ugh! I'm not getting on the treadmill THEN! (although I've been known to...lol)
