Now that I have scheduled Bootcamp as a priority before breakfast I am eager to get'er done. I had been exercising but not as consistently as I need to and Bootcamp is just the thing to give me a schedule and a focus. One of the hindrances to always getting in exercise was thinking I would wait to see if the weather would work with me to get in a walk and when it was too cold or too windy I wouldn't exercise that day. Now I get in at least 35 minutes of cardio along with the day's Bootcamp video workout and if I can get in a walk later then so much the better but that took away my excuse to miss cardio.
What excuses have you overcome or what excuses are you struggling with?
