Why do I always think there is an easier way? I crack myself up with how much research I do on diet, exercise and so on. You would think it is my job to be knowledgeable on all that's "new" in the weight loss world.
And then it hits me in the face daily. Track food. Drink Water. Exercise. Blog. Repeat. It's a very simple formula that works. Each day I read blogs of so many that this is what they do and this is what works. Personally I did this and have lost weight.
BUT.... then I hear about this new diet, this new drink, this new supplement and off my mind goes. Telling me that I need to try it. It's the answer I've been looking for. Ugh!
The fact is I have the answers and all the tools. I just need to use them consistently and the results will come. There is always room for improvement (better food choices, more water, push myself with exercise and more blogging).
If you catch me "talking crazy" about something new, please stop me. Remind me that I know what works and to JUST DO IT!!!
