It's been more than a few days since I last wrote. Luckily, my absence is not due to me falling completely off plan. In fact, I lost 4 pounds my first week back at Weight Watchers. You know, it's kind of like meeting up again with a new friend!
I'm hoping to start C25K again tomorrow. The weather here is still icky enough that I will NOT be doing it outside. Instead, I'll run on the track at my gym and then follow that up with an strength training workout. My plan is to do that on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Sundays. Tuesdays I can definitely commit to, but I may have to shift the Thursday and Sunday runs every once in a while.
Oh, and here's something bizarre and new. I've voluntarily eaten brussels sprouts twice in as many weeks. Before last week, I had NEVER had a brussels sprout. They aren't half bad! (I wouldn't call the "good," but they aren't horrible....)
