I have excitedly began an new...well, not exactly new...let's say an improvement endeavor. I have officially begun my coaching certification training for weight loss coaching. I am really ready for this and have a feeling that this is just what I needed. Coming into it I knew I had support of so many friends and family. During one of my first assignments I was to ask 5 people what makes me a good coach. I asked those I knew would respond in a timely manner with honesty. I was not expecting what I received. The answers I got made me realize what an impact I have on the lives of those around me. Maybe I was just living in my own little world without being present. I don't know. I do know that I thought so many of things of myself that I just thought were exaggerations. Boy, was I wrong. Apparently they were true, the responses I got proved it. I am going to take a learning step here and ask you the same favor. What makes me a good coach?
