I started my new workout from Jillian Michaels Body Revolution today. Workout 1 was not too bad. The hardest part for me was plank because my wrists are a little on the weak side. I am loving it so far. I am going to increase the amount of weight I use because I am stronger than I give myself credit and I could challenge my muscles more by using larger weights. I also did my 45EZ Turbofire workout and later on today I have to do my final workout of Cardio 1 (from the Jillian Michaels Body Revolution). During the "kickstart" on the Body Revolution you are suppose to do a workout and cardio in the same day except on Wednesday (or day 3) you double up on the cardio~one in the morning and one in the afternoon/evenings. I am going to really like this Body Revolution workout. Jillian has such a fun personality and it really shows through this new set of workouts. I am becoming very addicted to very intense workouts~there is such a high after I complete these high intensity workouts. Maybe that is why I love to exercise so much`ITS MY ADDICTION!
I went grocery shopping today and did not buy any processed foods to prepare for myself and family the next two weeks. And to my surprise it was cheaper than buying processed stuff to prepare for my family. A lot of the produce and chicken was on sale so that was definately a big part of why it was not as expensive. I bet we all will feel better by NOT eating the processed food.
