Week 2 - I'm still hanging in there.

I've been MIA on the posts for a while...but for a good reason.
Last Monday (2/20)I joined a gym and I feel real good about this.
If you haven't read them, check out my earlier blogs on my taking the plunge of joining a Gym again.
So far I've been attending classes every day. Mostly in the wee hours in the morning, but that works for me.
This way I still have a full day to do whatever I want and that works for me.
So far I have taken classes in: TRX (Exercise support straps), ZUMBA GOLD (for the older crowd...but still a good workout, YOGA, SPIN, PUMP (Weight lifting) and CARDIO KICK BOXING.
Hope to keep up with the schedule...of course that means early to bed.
That's ok...I like the feeling of being able to do these things and I really feel energized after a class.

    Remember to take the time for a looooooooooooooooooong stretch after.
    I plan on 10-15 minutes at the end of every workout.
    You don't want to end up with any injuries.
    I have been suffering with hip bursitis for almost 2 years now because I did not understand this important part of fitness.
