I decided to add the "we've done right" because I do get motivated by your comments on this blog about what you've done right this past week. So do share "What did you do right this past week?".
For me, let's see...
1. It feels great that another Sparker has taken up the call to start her week off on a positive note and blog about what she's done right.
2. Another Sparkfriend has commented more than once that I am inspiring her to think about running. No matter what she does with that, the fact that I've helped someone else think about their health journey with my activity on SP is a boost for me.
3. I came down with a cold last week... UGH, but the full blown cold only lasted for 2 days and the lingering malaise another 2 days. I truly believe that my "sick" time was greatly reduced because I am so much healthier now than I was before. Plus when the snot started flowing, I doubled up on my fruits each day last week.
4. I did survive my oldest son turning 16 last week and quickly realized that was the easy part!
I guess that's enough for now. I stay active on SP to keep myself accountable and motivated. Hearing from SparkFriends, educating myself with the articles, and reading the honest, sometimes gut-wrenching blogs of other Sparkers have all been vital for me to turn my health around.
