I am back after a very long hiatus, and I mean it this time.
I am working on tracking my food and exercise and reporting it here, along with whatever struggles or successes I have had!
I am proud of myself for getting my butt out of bed this morning and to my bootcamp class! And last night, I was re-reading the Hunger games while I rode my exercise bike at home - what a way to pass the time! Before I knew it, I had done 90 minutes!
So this is what I will leave you with for today...
