Two year Spark Anniversary

Monday, February 27, 2012

Yea this post is about two days late LOL
I joined SP on February 25, 2010.

I weighed 226
Size 18 Levi jeans
Size 18 or X-large shirts

I weigh 185
Size 12 Petite Lee jeans
Large or 14/16 Petite shirts

So about 40 pounds lost, lots of inches. I need to get measured to see where I am with all that. Its not really a huge deal for me, I totally thrilled to be wearing a size 12 jeans that are totally comfortable and look good.

I'm learning that unless its a medical term, numbers are not my focus for results. I was able to wear my jeans on a two hour flight, then drive for 500 miles without discomfort, THAT is results!

I'm not really as focused on constantly needing feedback that what I'm doing is working. I know it's working, I need to be consistent in my eating and consistent with my exercise, that is how I'm living and that is what will eventually lose this last 40 pounds to reach my goal weight.

I still need my SP. It keeps me motivated, keeps me up to date on health and exercise. And I like my SP friends!
