Ever since the 5% challenge I have been back sliding. My food choices suck and I haven't been exercising my normal 6 days a week. It has dropped to 3 days a week. I haven't gained weight. I still managed to drop a few pounds. I have no idea how that happened. Today I feel strong and determined to get back on track and start focusing on me and my goals.

    Hey, Beccie, if you go to the Starfish in Winter page, you'll see we have an interim challenge going on...maybe it will help? The new challenge will start soon, and we'll be back in business!!!

    emoticon Sometimes changing out a routine isn't a bad thing. You still managed to lose weight. Our bodies need time to rest as well. If you feel the need to get back to 6 days a week, gradually go back into it. Seems to me you may have jump started your body once more...It's a good trick. emoticon Donna
