Yesterday I stated some goals in returning to SP. I did well today. I logged everything that I put into my mouth. I stayed within my SP ranges for everything tracked. I did drink a little soda with dinner. I did eat a couple ounces of barbecue chips. I tossed the rest of them into the garbage so I wouldn't eat any more of them. I drank six cups of water so far and willl down two more before bed. I was not going to do any moving but have been really down today so after dinner I rode my stationary recumbent bike for ten minutes. Five shy of my intent but it was better than none. Tomorrow will be another day. Baby steps.
