Off to a Great Start

Whoopidy do dah! A perfect nutrition day! This week is going to be fantastic.

Hubby and I rode bikes together today. We didn't get very far. I need a padded seat. However, the short distance we did go woke up some muscles I've obviously been neglecting. It's probably a good thing the seat was so bad. This way I can build up gradually.

I am so thankful for all the sparklers that motivate and encourage me.

The plan for the week is to do stability ball workouts between training walks for the 5K. I'm really getting into this!

    Well, my friend, with all MY padding you wouldn't think I would need padding for my bike .... NOT !! I went down and bought me some PADDED biking shorts and they really make a difference ! the more the better .... save your pennies, they're not cheap !! I got the shorts on sale during the late Fall !! 1/2 price sale .... Roc

    I can relate to the bike seat! I don't use my stationery bike for that very reason! One good thing, at least since I stay in the house no one can see me grabbing a pillow from the bed to cushion it! Guess that wouldn't work very well for you!
