Whoopidy do dah! A perfect nutrition day! This week is going to be fantastic.
Hubby and I rode bikes together today. We didn't get very far. I need a padded seat. However, the short distance we did go woke up some muscles I've obviously been neglecting. It's probably a good thing the seat was so bad. This way I can build up gradually.
I am so thankful for all the sparklers that motivate and encourage me.
The plan for the week is to do stability ball workouts between training walks for the 5K. I'm really getting into this!
