2 x 30 sec kettlebell swings 30lb
2 x 30 sec kettlebell press 30lb
2 x 30 sec dumbbell deadleft 60lb x 2
2 x 30 sec dumbbell curls 30lb x 2

3 x 30 sec TRX mountain climbers

3 rounds 30-30-30 on heavy bag


5 PM...
50 sit ups
50 weighted sit ups
50 sit ups hitting heavy bag at top
50 wall bounce sit ups

Relax the rest of the night..
