Birthday Goals for February 24, 2013

1. 12 Glasses of water every single DAY! I will accomplish this by continuing to use my Spark People cup and tracking.

2. Complete at least FIVE 5k Races. (St. Patty's APG, JASR!, Bubba's Belly Run, Turkey Trot, and Family PT Day with DH)

3. Track Food and Exercise EVERY DAY! No exceptions. No excuses.

4. Get a bicycle and RIDE! I got some money for my birthday and I've decided to buy myself a bike with it. Nothing fancy, just something reliable.

5. Blog everyday. I'm convinced that blogging is really helping me on my journey.

6. Date night with my husband once a week. He's gone a lot and we are busy people, but we need to make time to maintain our relationship. It won't always mean going out. It will definitely mean that we will spend some quality time together minus computers/cell phones!

7. Hit 100 lbs GONE FOREVER!

8. Hit a Spark People Live class weekly.

9. Run a 10k. (Bobby, I know you're right about this.) I am determined.

    good for you, even if they are run/walk your first year of running. and you added #9 later so anne and i argued about it, i said it was not there and she said it was so i had to come back and read again :)

add one more, a 10k this year, i think you can do it you are so tough
