1. 12 Glasses of water every single DAY! I will accomplish this by continuing to use my Spark People cup and tracking.
2. Complete at least FIVE 5k Races. (St. Patty's APG, JASR!, Bubba's Belly Run, Turkey Trot, and Family PT Day with DH)
3. Track Food and Exercise EVERY DAY! No exceptions. No excuses.
4. Get a bicycle and RIDE! I got some money for my birthday and I've decided to buy myself a bike with it. Nothing fancy, just something reliable.
5. Blog everyday. I'm convinced that blogging is really helping me on my journey.
6. Date night with my husband once a week. He's gone a lot and we are busy people, but we need to make time to maintain our relationship. It won't always mean going out. It will definitely mean that we will spend some quality time together minus computers/cell phones!
7. Hit 100 lbs GONE FOREVER!
8. Hit a Spark People Live class weekly.
9. Run a 10k. (Bobby, I know you're right about this.) I am determined.
