Up until now, I have been doing great all week, then the weekend comes. I find it very easy to follow my menu plan all week, but on the weekends, I have been keeping my planner blank, because i don't know what we might be doing. This has been my stumbling block. I have decided to plan my menu for the weekend as well, and if I am not home, I will try to eat as closely as I can to my plan. I'll try this for a couple of weeks and see how that works out. In the meantime, I would love to hear from you about how you handle this kind of situation.
